  I have banked with Huntington for years, recommended them to family and friends and have been extremely loyal to them-- always have had friendly and fast service. Until at this branch. This evening I was greeted by a man who essentially just laughed in my face when I asked him about a loan. 10 minutes later, called another branch and they said it was completely doable and that I was more then qualified for what I was asking for. He judged me based on my looks, rather then my paper trail. Shame on you. I have worked hard and busted my butt to get where I am at my young age, but you didn't even bother to take me seriously, because you ASSumed. Will not ever be going to this branch, and will make sure to let everyone know that in Rockford. Oh and there were 3 people who overheard your rudeness and apologized on your behalf.
